How It Works

RealVisit, powered by Clover Insight, captures the customer experience after the appointment, so leadership can understand what they couldn't see.

Here's how RealVisit uncovers what's really happening inside the customer experience.

How it will work

1

Send a short survey at every step

Two minutes, sent automatically at the moments that matter: after a sale that didn't close, right after a purchase, and once the job is done.

2

Get a Clover Score per employee and per job

Each response is scored across the four Clover Framework pillars below, then rolled up into a score for the job and for whoever the customer actually dealt with: the sales rep, the project manager, the install crew.

3

See who's creating great experiences, and who needs support

A running picture of your team's customer experience, not a once-a-year performance review built on gut feel.

4

Catch at-risk customers before they leave a bad review

A low score triggers an alert right away, while there's still time to call the customer and make it right, not after they've already told their neighbors.

The Clover Framework

Four things a homeowner actually judges you on. Each one is measured from the first appointment through to the finished job, not just at the end.

Trust

Was the customer told the truth at the kitchen table, and did the finished job match what they were promised?

Communication

Did the customer understand their options, what to expect, and what came next?

Experience

Did the customer feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout the experience?

Value

Did the customer understand the value, and ultimately feel the investment was worth it?

Beyond the Appointment

RealVisit picks up right after the appointment: the sale that closed, the one that didn’t, and the thirty days after the job is finished. That’s where the real story lives, and almost none of it reaches your CRM.

We call the difference between what you believe and what actually happened the Perception Gap.

RealVisit captures it. Clover Insight runs the loop (measure, understand, improve, prove) and is built to grow into the rest of the customer lifecycle as it does.

The gap
What your team believesWhat customers report
Illustrative only. Not customer data.
  1. 1

    Measure

Before any customer data comes in, you and your sales manager each lock what you believe is happening. You do it separately, so a disagreement between you is itself a finding. Then, for 60 days, surveys go out automatically after every real appointment and the job that follows, including a 30-day follow-up. Only responses that arrive after your beliefs are locked count.

  2. 2

    Understand

Each locked belief is compared against what customers actually reported. You see where you read your own business correctly, where you were too hard on yourself, and where there's a blind spot you didn't know you had.

  3. 3

    Improve

A gap names a specific pillar and a specific group of customers, which is what makes it coachable. “Value is weak among the people who told your rep the price was too high” is a conversation; “improve customer service” is not.

  4. 4

    Prove

Lock a new set of beliefs and measure again. Over time you're not just tracking how customers feel. You're building a record of whether what you changed actually worked.

Predictions are frozen with a timestamp when you lock them, and only responses that arrive afterwards count toward the gap, so the comparison is a measurement, not a story assembled later. Nothing in the app can change a locked prediction, and each set carries a fingerprint that makes a later edit detectable.
